The Artist
Angela Pyatt has worked as an artist since 1969, having her first solo exhibition in Market Drayton in 1973. She works in many mediums from pen and ink and scraperboard to watercolours and gouache, winning the Burnham award for her watercolours. She has sold work in this country and to America, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. Several of her original scraperboards have been printed onto slate and sold worldwide. Angela specializes in British wildlife and landscape and also writes on the British Countryside and gives talks on Wildlife Rehabilitation, having run a wildlife rescue centre for injured and orphaned wildlife for many years.
